Definitions

"Ladbroke Grove Minicabs," "we," or "us" denotes the service-providing company. "You" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Please allow sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-in. We cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the designated time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle size suitable for your party and luggage. We do not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage, and each child, irrespective of age, counts as a passenger.

2.3 Wheelchair access requests should be made during booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Material changes to the itinerary may lead to adjustments in the provided quote.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing, along with airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard rate. While we endeavor to adjust our service for flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon booking confirmation, review the details thoroughly. Failure to notify us of any discrepancies may result in delays or costs for which we shall not be liable.

3.4 Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or soiling of the vehicle may incur cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is prohibited.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their age, height, and weight.

4.4 We adhere to passenger limits specified by licensing and insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 Notify us of any cancellations promptly to avoid charges. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver.

5.2 Cancellations made before dispatch may result in charges, depending on the booking method.

Liability

6.1 While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle to minimize disruption.

6.4 You agree not to hold us liable for expenses, damages, or losses arising from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 Our liability is not limited for personal injury, death, negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation as deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse bookings immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract obligations outlined in this agreement.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, with any changes effective upon updating this page. Existing bookings will adhere to rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Ladbroke Grove Minicabs and you.

8.5 No third party is entitled to enforce rights under this agreement without written consent.

Disputes

Any disputes must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date, as we are not obliged to entertain claims made thereafter.
